The ITS Help website allows you to immediately get help through documentation related to all manner of things from Gmail and Google Drive to AppStream and installing apps on your device. The Help website features a search box to get you help faster and more accurately. There is also a list of new help articles at the bottom of the Help homepage highlighting new services and changes to existing services.
The Help Desk is a one-stop shop for getting help beyond what is available on the Help website. The Help Desk is available 24/7 and can provide real-time assistance for many technology-related issues. If the Help Desk is unable to answer a question, they will escalate it to the appropriate team in ITS. ITS recommends contacting the Help Desk over directly contacting individuals in ITS as it allows for faster assistance and gets your request in front of people ready to help. For many issues or questions about common software applications, connecting to the network, and email, visit the Tech Lounge located in 104 Skillman Library. The Tech Lounge provides walk-in support and scheduled one-on-one consultation for the campus community. Hours and information can be found on the Tech Lounge webpage.
