As a replacement for the Help button on the classroom touch panel, Chat is intended to primarily provide assistance for instructors teaching from on-campus classrooms. A limited amount of assistance is available for those teaching from offices/home (e.g., Zoom audio/video troubleshooting)
In this remote semester there is no on-site support. A technician will not be dispatched by pressing the HELP button on a Smart Classroom touch screen.
