ITS Coffee Break for 11/02/2007
In the 11/2 edition of the ITS Coffee Break podcast, hosts Ken Newquist and Courtney Bentley review what they like and don't like about Mac OS 10.5 Leopard and remind folks that there will be planned outages around campus through Nov. 14 as the network upgrade continues. Lafayette Toolbar for Firefox Updated to 1.2
A new version of the Lafayette toolbar for Firefox that incorporates links to Moodle and iTunes U is available for download from the ITS web site.
ITS Implements Shibboleth
Lafayette is an early adopter of and the first member of CLAC (the Consortium of Liberal Arts Colleges) to implement Shibboleth, a framework for security- and privacy-focused user authentication across and within institutional boundaries.
ITS Coffee Break for 7/12/07
The Coffee Break begins with introductions of the new Moodle Minute podcast from ITS and the department's new instructional technologist, Jason Alley, and is follow by announcements about upcoming network services disruptions.
