ITS is responsible for overseeing Lafayette’s academic and administrative systems and the robust information technology infrastructure that supports them. As a newly admitted student you will receive an email from ITS to the address you've been using to communicate with Admissions that includes your Network ID and directions for setting your password. The Network ID credentials are used for Email, Moodle, Banner Self-Service, wireless access, logging in to public computers, and most other campus services.Read the guide
A call to the helpdesk is the best way to get your issue resolved, but you're also welcome to stop by the Tech Lounge in the lower level of Pardee to talk to a Tech Concierge. If your problem cannot be resolved via phone or email, a ticket will be logged and the appropriate staff member will help you. ITS conducts weekly maintenance outages on Wednesday mornings, usually between 4 and 7 a.m. A weekly news item is posted, letting you know how these outages will affect you.
