The Director of IT Planning, Analysis, and Communication leads the College’s project management efforts in partnership with IT directors, Facilities Planning and Operations, the Finance Department, the CIO and the College community. Facilities and ITS receives project requests from all divisions and departments across campus and balances the various requests in the context of College’s strategic plan. The process establishes a common, simple and consistent method for the community to submit project ideas, provides prioritization and services that promote interdepartmental teamwork and communication.
