Starting on November 5, Zoom will no longer support Zoom clients older than version 5.13.5. To ensure Zoom continues to work for you, please be sure the Zoom client on all your devices is up-to-date.
College-managed PCs and Macs should be up-to-date, but to be sure your Zoom client is up-to-date, check the software center to update Zoom.
Personal laptops and desktops can be updated via the Zoom client itself. Mobile devices are typically updated automatically, but to be sure, check if your mobile device is running the latest version of Zoom.
