Recently, a few reports have come into the Help Desk about Zoom not working as expected. If you ever experience Zoom oddities, please make sure you’re logged into the most up-to-date Zoom client and not using the web browser version of Zoom. Though this will not always solve every issue with Zoom, it’s a good first troubleshooting step.
