Qualtrics is in the process of retiring Email Triggers (emails sent upon survey completion) in favor of using Email Tasks. All active surveys that currently use Email Triggers will need to be transitioned to Email Tasks as soon as possible. Instructions for setting up basic Email Tasks can be found on Qualtrics’ Email Task webpage. For more complex Email Tasks such as those requiring multiple parties to complete a single survey, see Email Tasks and Survey Forwarding for step-by-step instructions.
Two hands-on workshops will be offered on Thursday, Sept. 10 from 1 p.m.-2 p.m. and Wednesday, Sept. 16 from 2 p.m.-3 p.m. to walk users through the steps for transitioning from Email Triggers to Email Tasks. See the College Calendar for details and to sign up.
