Banner and Administrative Systems
Working with liasions and client departments, ITS supports the college’s use of our ERP system, Sungard’s Banner, and its related administrative and business systems. This includes support for INB, Banner Self-Service, Discoverer reporting, Evisions, and FAMIS. ITS also maintains the Oracle database that these systems rely on, as well as a variety of other databases. Staff provide the daily maintenance and administration to keep these systems running smoothly.
ITS also works with client departments to produce data extracts, and facilitates a variety of training opportunities for those who seek to effectively utilize the many features of this architecture.
