All employees and students have a Network ID and password used to access a variety of resources. While ITS is continually adding systems that require these credentials (in an effort to reduce the number of IDs and passwords campus-wide), they do not yet work for all systems. See the table below for details on what system uses what credentials.

Temporary Network ID accounts can be obtained for guests of the college using the Guest Account Request form.

Password problems

If you have forgotten or want to change a password, the mechanism varies with the system.

For the Network ID:

For Banner Self-Service

  • To change your PIN, log in to the system and go to the "Personal Information" section.
  • To reset a forgotten PIN, see these instructions.
  • Can't do either of the above?
    • Students: contact the Registrar's Office.
    • Employees: contact Human Resources.

For Web authoring accounts and Banner INB

  • Contact the Help Desk.

Password requirements

ITS encourages the use of "strong" passwords for all systems to which you have access. See the Guidelines for Strong Passwords for more information.
