Have you ever deleted the wrong document off one of your network drives, and it appears to be gone forever? You may be able to retrieve the document using NetStorage.

  1. Go to NetStorage and login using your NetworkID and password.
  2. Select the Folder for the drive where the file was deleted.
  3. In the top navigation, click View to reveal a dropdown menu. From this menu, select Show Deleted Files.

    Any files deleted from this drive will appear red with a strikethrough at the bottom of your file list.
  4. To restore the file, right-click the filename (Ctrl+click on a Mac) and select Undelete... from the menu.
  5. The file will now appear in it's original location in your network space.
