The Lafayette Firefox toolbar puts helpful links to Lafayette sites across the top of your browser.

If you are comfortable with installing applications without instructions, download the Lafayette Firefox toolbar.

Installation Instructions

1. Be sure you're viewing this page in Firefox and not another browser.
2. Download the Lafayette Firefox toolbar.
3. Click the [Allow] button in the yellow bar that appears to continue.
4. Click the [Install Now] button in the pop-up window to continue.
5. Click the [Restart Firefox] button or restart Firefox yourself to display the Lafayette Firefox toolbar.

Updating the Toolbar

From time to time we'll update the toolbar. You can get the latest version of the toolbar by following these steps:

1. Click Tools then Add-Ons from the menu.
2. Click the [Find Updates] button. Firefox will look for updates for all of your Firefox Add-ons.
3. If an update is available click the [Install Updates] button.
4. Click the [Restart Firefox] button or restart Firefox yourself.

Disabling the Toolbar

1. Click Tools then Add-Ons from the menu.
2. Select the Lafayette College Toolbar.
3. Click the [Disable] button.
4. Click the [Restart Firefox] button or restart Firefox yourself.
   • Follow these same instructions to re-enable the toolbar except by clicking the [Enable] button instead of [Disable].

Removing the Toolbar

1. Click Tools then Add-Ons from the menu.
2. Select the Lafayette College Toolbar.
3. Click the [Uninstall] button.
4. Click the [Restart Firefox] button or restart Firefox yourself.
